Crossover is hiring for a full-time Instructional Coordinator role focused on K-2 reading using structured literacy. The position requires a strong background in Orton-Gillingham-based approaches, data-informed instruction, and a willingness to work on-site at multiple campus locations in the western U.S.

with relocation support. You will lead small-group workshops, monitor progress with data, and integrate AI/adaptive platforms into daily instruction to accelerate student learning.

Qualifikationen

• Structured-literacy certification or Master's in reading instruction.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of full-time K-2 reading instruction in the past 5 years.
• Ability to develop reading lessons and explain teaching methods clearly without reliance on a published program.
• Willingness to work in person full-time at one Alpha campus location in UT/NV/TX/AZ, relocation assistance available.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Create and facilitate small-group K-2 reading workshops rooted in structured-literacy approaches, informed by authentic student data.
• Conduct daily motivation sessions to achieve weekly adaptive-app targets.
• Administer running records, fluency probes, and decoding assessments to monitor progress.
• Analyze AI-generated performance data to differentiate instruction.
• Be an approachable, energetic presence in the classroom daily.
