Job summary

PUC National is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment, from partnering with hiring managers to offers and onboarding. The role supports schools in NE Los Angeles and NE San Fernando Valley, collaborating across Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and Data Management.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong sourcing skills, and can travel to school sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in HR Recruitment or other related fields.
• K-12 education experience or educational non-profit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members to drive recruitment results.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify requirements and set recruitment strategies for open positions.
• Provide superior customer service to candidates and internal/external customers throughout recruitment process.
