Job summary

PUC National is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for teachers, administrators, and classified roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, extend offers, and manage the Paycom ATS to document activity.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in HR recruiting, strong communication, and the ability to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience preferred; K-12 education experience desirable.
