Job summary

Pacific Health Group in Temecula, CA seeks a Talent Engagement Specialist to coordinate the full-cycle recruiting workflow, from application through New Hire Orientation. This hybrid role is primarily remote, but you must be based in California and able to travel locally for university partnerships, job fairs, and street outreach.

You will manage candidate screening, scheduling, ATS data integrity, onboarding support, and communications to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in either HR, business, or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of specialized full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or mission-driven settings.
• 2+ years attending job fairs and community outreach to build local relationships.

Responsibilities

• Workflow ownership: manage day-to-day recruitment pipeline and screen resumes.
• Pre-screening: conduct initial interviews and recommend candidates.
• Logistics: schedule interviews across departments for a seamless process.
• Ghosting prevention: maintain high-touch communication post-offer.
• ATS administration: keep candidate notes and status updates audit-ready.
• Reporting: track time-to-hire and source quality.
• Onboarding: verify new hire documents to ensure CA compliance.
• Benefits familiarity: answer questions and promote PHG's benefits.
• Administrative support: assist recruiters and HR projects.
