Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for being a Title I paraprofessional.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to defuse situations and prevent escalation.
• Aptitude to understand and navigate technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess student abilities and provide instructional and behavioral assistance per IEP/504 plans.
• Support the whole student academically, morally, and socially.
• Implement result-driven curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Attend professional development, trainings and IEP meetings with team and parents.
• Assist with compliance documentation.
