Job summary

Soliant invites motivated Speech-Language Pathologists to join contract positions within a dynamic educational setting. You will work with students across all grades in a district-wide environment, collaborating with educators and teams dedicated to student success.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and thorough documentation while supervising onsite SLPAs and participating in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Texas SLP license required.
• CCC from ASHA required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Willingness to supervise SLPAs onsite.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to varied student needs across ages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and document per guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff.
• Supervise onsite SLPAs and provide mentorship.
• Attend IEP meetings and set goals for individual needs.
• Adapt therapy approaches for district-wide caseload as year progresses.
