Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based contract from late October through early February. You will work with another SLP in a collaborative, student-centered environment, delivering services to K-5 students and managing a caseload of 38 learners.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, IEP development and documentation, progress reports, and participation in team meetings with a full-time SLP on site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP eligibility.
• Experience with elementary students in school settings is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and colleagues.
• Skill in managing caseloads efficiently and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy in individual and small-group settings.
• Serve as case manager for six students, overseeing IEP development and implementation.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and IEP documentation for 38 students.
• Collaborate with a full-time SLP on site and participate in team meetings.
