Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract assignment supporting elementary students in a NY school. The full-time role runs now through June 30th with hours 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM at a single site.

Candidates may be SLP-CCC or CFY, with school-based pediatric experience and IEP familiarity. Teletherapy exposure is a plus; mentorship will be provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current or eligible New York state SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY welcome.
• Experience with school-aged pediatric populations and IEPs required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based assessment and intervention methods.
• Teletherapy experience is a plus; in-person service delivery in school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide therapy for elementary students with diverse speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes.
• Attend scheduled meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary teams as needed.
