Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist in Katy, TX to provide evidence-based services to K–12 students. You will assess language disorders, articulation and AAC needs, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to create data-driven intervention plans.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
CCC-SLP or CF with supervision provided by Thrive
Active state SLP license in good standing, or licensure transfer in progress

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and dynamic tools
Develop measurable IEP goals aligned to standards
Deliver direct individual and small-group therapy across articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC and social communication
Provide consultative services to teachers and families on communication strategies
Attend IEP meetings as SLP of record and maintain logs and progress notes
