Job summary

Thrive Therapies is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve K–12 students with diverse communication needs. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, evaluate language and articulation, and contribute to IEP goals and progress notes.

You will collaborate with families, teachers, and related services providers to build inclusive, data-driven intervention plans and participate in IEP meetings as the SLP of record. Documentation will be supported by Thrive’s AI tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP or active CF with Thrive supervision.
• Active state SLP license in good standing.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP process and related special education law.
• Preferred: 1+ year school SLP, AAC experience, bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language services to K–12 students.
• Evaluate language, articulation, fluency, and AAC needs; develop IEP goals and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and related services providers to support inclusive education.
• Document service logs and progress using Thrive’s AI tools and participate in IEP meetings as the SLP of record.
