Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role serving elementary and junior high students in Katy, TX. The position runs Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, starting August 12, 2026, in a collaborative school setting.

You will assess and treat speech and language disorders, develop therapy plans aligned with IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain progress reports. Texas licensure is required; SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates considered.

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas SLP License required.
  • Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates.
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred.
  • Background in delivering speech and language services in educational settings.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a caseload of elementary or junior high students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to maximize student outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation for each student.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide input for student success.
