Job summary

Thrive Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K–12 students. In this role, you will collaborate with educators and families, develop individualized IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy sessions while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $97,000–$105,000 along with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Active state SLP license in good standing or initiation of licensure transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to K–12 students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized tools.
• Develop individualized IEP goals and deliver therapy sessions.
