Job summary

Thrive Therapies seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based services for K–12 students. You will evaluate, diagnose, and develop IEP goals, delivering direct and consultative therapy across articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication.

You will collaborate with special education teams, educators, families, and related services to build inclusive, data-driven intervention plans and participate in IEP meetings as the SLP of record.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA or active CF with Thrive supervision.
• Active state SLP license in good standing; licensure transfer pending if needed.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP process, eligibility criteria and special education law for SLP in K–12 settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to K–12 students, assess, diagnose, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with families and school teams.
• Develop individualized IEP goals aligned to standards and provide direct and consultative therapy across articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication.
• Provide consultative services to teachers on communication strategies and language supports; participate in IEP meetings as SLP of record.
