Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group in Washington state is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based services to K–12 students, perform evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and consultative therapy.

The SLP will collaborate with special education teams, families, and related services providers to implement data-driven intervention plans, maintain documentation, and participate in eligibility decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification or CF with supervision.
• Active state SLP license in good standing or initiation of licensure transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized tools.
• Develop measurable, standards-aligned IEP goals.
• Provide direct individual and small-group therapy aligned to goals across articulation, language, and AAC.
• Consult with teachers and families on strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate service logs and progress notes to comply with state requirements.
