Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to provide services in a K-12 school setting for a full-school-year contract. The role emphasizes collaboration with onsite Teaching Assistants and direct/tconsultative therapy across early elementary to graduation stages.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC or eligibility, and active state licensure, with preference for those experienced in K-12.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current ASHA CCC, or eligibility to obtain CCC.
• Active state licensure, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to a diverse student population, adapting methods to fit varied caseloads.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and recommendations.
• Benefit from onsite TA support to streamline daily tasks, allowing more focus on direct student care.
