Job summary

Soliant is seeking a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based contract position. The role starts part-time (.5 FTE) through early November, then shifts to full-time from November 9 through April 26.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for speech pathology.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills essential.
• Adaptability to transition between part-time and full-time contract may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders among K-12 students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.
• Maintain detailed and compliant records and progress reports.
• Provide both group and individual therapy sessions according to student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a member of the school’s support team.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

SLP-CCC

Active state licensure (or eligibility) for speech pathology
