Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Taos, NM. The role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly) and runs through May 21, 2027, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Ideal candidates bring licensure as an SLP, CCC or CFY, and experience with K–12 populations. You will assess, plan, implement, and monitor therapy, collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Qualifications

• SLP licensure required or eligible.
• CCC or CFY completion/eligibility preferred.
• Prior experience with K–12 populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Document and monitor outcomes, contributing to IEPs and required reports.
• Participate in eligibility meetings, conferences, and school-based teams.
• Provide direct and consultative services to meet IEP goals.
• Stay current on best practices in school-based speech pathology.
• Maintain accurate records and professional communication.
