Job summary

Soliant seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, full-school-year contract in Texas, supporting elementary students. The role involves supervising SLPAs, delivering therapy to diverse caseloads, and collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to achieve student success.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP and Texas licensure, plus school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required and Texas licensure in good standing.
• Experience supervising SLPAs and school-based practice preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs
• Deliver group and individual therapy to elementary students
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to optimize outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation
