Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-5 students on a full-time leave coverage contract from September 14, 2026 to November 20, 2026. The role involves direct services, evaluations, and IEP collaboration in a school setting.

Caseload includes 55 students; you will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a focus on enabling essential communication skills through team collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred).
• Experience in school-based settings, especially with K-5 students, is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services to students per IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations as needed.
• Develop, update, and manage IEPs with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Track student progress and make data-driven recommendations for continued support.
• Manage a caseload of 55 students, meeting timelines and standards.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and participate in IEP meetings.
