Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract SLPA to support students' communication needs in a K-12 school setting. You will work with licensed SLPs and a supportive educational team to deliver direct and indirect speech-language services, help implement IEPs, and track progress across a diverse caseload.

The position runs through May 25, 2027, full-time 35 hours per week, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SLP or CSD.
• Active SLPA licensure (or eligible) in state.
• Experience in school-based setting preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage positively with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services under SLP supervision.
• Assist with implementing IEPs.
• Collect and document data on student progress.
• Develop and deliver therapy materials and activities.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate student needs.
