Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City is seeking a Specialist, K–12 Schooling Office to own field studies, network-to-school coordination, and the academic calendar. This role carries significant ownership and autonomy, driving planning through execution.

The Specialist will coordinate school communications, manage school-based media requests, and lead AI-enabled process redesign to improve efficiency and student outcomes across a growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of program management, operations, or related field experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with school leaders and executives.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor logistics.
• Experience with workflow platforms and Google Workspace; AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own network-to-school coordination, ensuring clear information and consistent implementation.
• Own the academic calendar and operational planning sequence with deadlines and updates.
• Own school-facing communications and maintenance of high-quality events across schools.
• Lead AI-enabled redesign of tour coordination and related workflows.
