Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to improve processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses and reports that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support Schooling Office operating cadence and policy execution.
• Coordinate across Schooling, school teams, and cross-functional partners to align responsibilities and deadlines.
• Track multiple workstreams and surface risks, delays, dependencies, and decisions needed.
• Prepare project plans, status updates, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
