Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to school leaders and executives.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor logistics.
• Experience workflow platforms preferred.
• Skilled in using Google Workspace and AI technologies to improve efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy.
• Commitment to educational equity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network-to-school initiatives and ensure consistent implementation.
• Own the academic calendar and operational planning sequence.
• Manage school-facing communications and deadlines.
• Liaise with central-office for media requests and tours.
• Oversee Field Studies end-to-end, including logistics and budgeting.
• Lead AI-enabled redesign of tour coordination.
• Produce executive reporting on program performance.
• Support school events like tours, awards, and commencements.
