Job summary

Soliant invites qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to join contract roles serving K–12 students near Flint, MI. The assignment runs through June 2027 and welcomes experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows with appropriate supervision.

Onsite placement is preferred, with VOCO providers considered. Strong teamwork and effective communication are essential to support diverse student needs and family resources within urban schools.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan SLP license required; CFYs must hold a temporary license.
• CCC is strongly preferred.
• Official university transcripts must be provided prior to submission.
• Experience in school-based settings with K–12 caseloads is preferred.
• Understanding of urban youth challenges and ability to identify resources for students and families.
• Onsite placement preferred; VOCO providers may be considered.
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to K–12 students.
• Evaluate and implement IEPs tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for student growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings as needed.
• Advocate for student success within the school community.
