Job summary

Soliant is seeking a speech-language pathologist to support elementary students in a Michigan school, onsite. This contract role offers a 32.5-hour workweek and ongoing eligibility through June 18, 2027, with a focus on communication and language development.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, deliver direct and consultative SLP services, and contribute to IEP goals, progress notes, and collaborative planning with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license.
• SLP-CCC credentials and experience in school-based settings.
• Experience with elementary-aged students is valued.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students.
• Conduct assessments and screenings to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Document student progress and maintain thorough records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the school’s supportive culture.
