Job summary

Soliant is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Michigan. This full-time contract places you with K-12 students, supporting communication goals and academic success. Role includes collaboration with educators, families, and support staff, with opportunities for direct and indirect services.

CCC or CFY candidates are welcome, and licensure eligibility is considered. We offer weekly pay and flexible onsite/virtual roles nationwide.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience or interest in working with school-aged children (PreK-12).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in IEP meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel.
• Document student progress and contribute to special education teams.
• Offer direct and indirect services based on student needs.
