Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students PK-12 across four buildings in Michigan. You’ll collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to deliver comprehensive speech-language services in general education, ASD, and CI programs.

Ideal candidates hold an SLP license in Michigan with CCC or CFY eligibility and a strong IEP background, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. This full-time contract role is on-site across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible SLP license (State of Michigan).
• CCC or CFY eligibility.
• Experience with school-aged children including general ed, ASD, and CI programs.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt strategies across varied classroom settings.
• Positive, patient, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services for PK-12 across four buildings.
• Serve students in general education, ASD, and CI programs.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic achievement and well-being.
• Consult and train teachers and families on speech-language strategies.
