Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based, long-term assignment in Goshen, Indiana. The role serves a caseload of around 41 students from September 14, 2026 through March 1, 2027.

SLPA candidates with supervising SLP arrangement are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include direct therapy, IEP-driven interventions, documentation, assessments, and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligible for Indiana licensure.
• Active Indiana licensure as SLP (CCC preferred) or SLPA.
• Willing to coordinate supervising SLP if SLPA candidate.
• Experience in a K-12 or pediatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload.
• Complete assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide occasional services at an alternative education center.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication with teachers and families.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve communication goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in school activities.
