Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist to support elementary students in a dynamic school environment near Ellettsville, IN. The contract focuses on delivering speech-language services to grades 2 and 3, with potential assignments beyond as needs arise, and emphasizes collaboration with staff, families, and other service providers.

The role runs from August 3, 2026 through May 24, 2027, with a flexible schedule totaling 18–21 hours per week over 35 days.

Qualifications

Current Indiana licensure required for SLPs in school settings.
Experience supporting students based on IEPs.
Strong evaluation and reevaluation skills for speech, language, and communication needs.
Ability to serve as TOR or TOS as needed.
Excellent organization and communication abilities.
Commitment to collaborative work with staff, families, and other service providers.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech and language interventions for a caseload of 30–50 students.
Evaluate and reevaluate students to determine ongoing or changing service needs.
Serve as TOR/TOS, actively managing assigned student cases.
Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and communicating plans.
Travel between school sites to meet student needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student potential.
