Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support two elementary schools in Indiana from August 10 through the end of October. The SLP will work with an assigned Speech-Language Assistant and a diverse, substantial caseload across two campuses, delivering in-person or teletherapy services as needed.

Ideal candidates will hold active SLP-CCC certification and state licensure, have school-based experience, and be able to manage a large caseload with SLA support while

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC certification and state licensure required.
• Experience in school-based SLP, especially elementary setting.
• Ability to manage a larger caseload with SLA support.
• Familiarity with IEPs and compliance in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to approximately 117 students.
• Collaborate with SLA for session planning, docs, and progress monitoring.
• Deliver services in-person or virtual across two elementary schools.
• Conduct assessments, implement interventions, and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Communicate with teachers, families, and special education teams.
• Adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines for school-based therapy.
