Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support K-12 students in Indiana in full-time contract roles. Two positions exist: maternity leave coverage with potential extension to Jan 2027, and a May 2027 contract with possible permanency if the district does not hire directly.

Qualifications

Valid SLP license and ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility.
Experience in school-based settings with pediatric populations.
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual services preferred.
Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
Excellent collaboration and communication with educators, families, and students.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students from kindergarten through high school.
Develop IEP goals and implement therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy.
Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
Provide support and recommendations to educators and parents regarding speech and language needs.
Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse needs of a vibrant school community.
