Job summary

Soliant Health in Indiana is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for school-based contracts across elementary to middle school settings. Roles offer flexible scheduling, travel SLP options, and caseloads tailored to developmental preschool through first grade or older students.

CCC preferred, licensure current in Indiana, and CCC a strong plus. You will provide direct therapy, contribute to IEPs, and support teachers and families with documentation and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required or actively pursuing licensure eligibility.
• Current Indiana SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC strongly preferred.
• School-based SLP experience required.
• Caseloads range from 70 to 100 students; diverse populations.
• SLPAs not considered at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapeutic intervention to students with communication disorders.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring.
• Serve as a resource for teachers and parents, supporting inclusive classroom participation.
• Maintain timely documentation and stay in compliance with state and district requirements.
• Collaborate with team members for optimal student support.
