Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for K-4th grade in a Logansport, IN school for the 26/27 year. The contract role provides a dedicated speech room and collaboration with an on-site SLPA and a district SLP team.

A caseload of 68 students, including 27 case-management only, with mild to moderate needs, allows for focused progress. Work with a structured bell schedule from 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, and participate in IEPs,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Indiana licensure or eligibility.
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and complete teacher records and case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and direct therapy for K-4th students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough records and provide case management for 68 students
• Consult with educators and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Utilize a dedicated speech area; collaborate with the building SLPA and district SLP team
• Communicate with families and staff to support student progress
