Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our K-12 school team in Mukilteo, WA. This full-time role focuses on evaluations, IEP development support, and collaboration with classroom and SPED staff to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State OT license.
• ESA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development.
