Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Mukilteo, WA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team. This role supports middle school and elementary caseloads, conducting evaluations, assisting IEP development, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State OT license
• ESA Certification or ability to obtain
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional development
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
