Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our Federal Way, WA team for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, in-person OT role supports K–12 and offers competitive pay with benefits.

The position prioritizes collaboration with teachers, families, and other education staff to deliver effective therapy within IEP goals. The ideal candidate holds a WA OT license or is eligible, and should be willing to pursue ESA certification.

Formación

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
