Qualifications

• Active Washington State OT license or eligible to obtain one.
• ESA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and IEP collaboration.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance records.
