Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a Seattle-area school team serving K–12 students for the 2026–2027 year. The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform evaluations, develop goals, provide direct therapy aligned with IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families to drive student success. Licensure in Washington and ESA as required are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• ESA Certification (if required by the district).
• Previous school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students' IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
