Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students across multiple campuses in Florida. You will evaluate, design, and implement OT interventions aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with educators, families, and school staff.

This contract runs ASAP through May 27, 2027. Travel between sites, documentation, and active participation in IEP meetings will foster student growth within supportive school communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current OT license in Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in K-12 settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with educators, families, and professionals.
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites.
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation.
• Comfort adapting therapy to a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to identify motor, sensory, or adaptive needs.
• Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom routines.
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services at various school locations.
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Travel between assigned school sites to ensure continuity of services.
