Job summary

Soliant in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, contract role to support Pre-K through 12th grade students across district campuses. You will provide on-site therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers.

The position requires a Florida license and is on-site only, with travel across campuses. Start date is August 2026.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active and valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Florida Department of Health.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required.
• Caseload spanning Pre-K through high school-aged students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fingerprinting and background check in compliance with Florida state requirements; AHCA Clearinghouse familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site physical therapy services to a diverse school caseload.
• Travel to multiple school sites within the district to deliver care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success.
• Conduct evaluations and document progress per state and district standards.
• Attend meetings and participate in IEP development as part of a multidisciplinary team.
