Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support students’ growth and independence in a Lynn, MA education setting. This full-time contract role collaborates with educators and specialists across K-12.

You will deliver OT evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring aligned with IEP goals, in both classroom and pull-out settings, with families' strategies and timely documentation. Mondays through Fridays, 7:45am–3:45pm, 35+ hours/week, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an OT or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working within K-12 school environments highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills for team-based approaches with teachers, administrators, and families
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Adaptability to meet the unique needs of students across grade levels
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring in line with students’ IEP goals
• Provide both direct and consultative services within classroom and pull-out settings
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other specialists to promote student participation and achievement
• Consult with families and provide strategies to support students in both school and home settings
• Document assessments, treatment notes, and report progress in a timely manner
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and revision of IEPs
