Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an onsite Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students across elementary through high school for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role serves an inclusive student population and collaborates with educators and families to foster student growth and independence.

• Active and valid OT license required.
• Experience in schools or pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct OT services to K-12 students per IEPs and 504 plans.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide strategies and recommendations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and assist with ongoing evaluations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student support.
