Soliant Health is seeking an itinerant Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based services across five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school in Alabama. This contract position emphasizes collaboration with educators to support academic and developmental goals.

You will travel between campuses, develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs, and document progress while partnering with teachers, families, and administrators to drive student success.

Competenze

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in school-based occupational therapy.
• Ability to manage a flexible, travel-based schedule.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
• Travel between school locations throughout the week as assigned
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
