Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver individualized OT services, evaluate progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to help students reach their goals.

The assignment runs through May 2027, with dedicated support from a team and ongoing professional growth in a vibrant educational environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT license valid in Ohio.
• Experience with K-12 students in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, families, school teams.
• Ability to assess student needs and design individualized intervention plans.
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to K-12 students individually or in small groups.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress per IEP requirements.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to align therapy goals within classroom routines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations tailored to each student’s needs.
• Adapt interventions for varying developmental levels and learning styles.
