• Skills testing is required.

• Rapback Enrollment through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is required.
• Fraud Reporting Training per the Ohio Auditor of State is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, responsive technology assistance to teachers, administrators, and district staff in assigned buildings.
• Diagnose and resolve routine technology issues with computers, Chromebooks, printers, displays, and related devices.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records and escalate complex or security-related matters to Technology leadership.
• Collaborate with building administrators and staff to deliver timely, courteous customer service.
