Job summary

ESC of Eastern Ohio Consortium seeks a Building IT Support Technician to serve Austintown Elementary and Intermediate Buildings. The role provides direct, responsive tech help to teachers, administrators, and staff, diagnosing and resolving issues on computers, Chromebooks, printers, displays, and networks, while keeping service and inventory records up to date.

You'll work under the Technology Supervisor, with 9-month, 5.75-hour days, starting at $15.27 per hour with annual step increases.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of skills testing.
• Current favorable BCII (State) and FBI (Federal) background checks.
• Rapback Enrollment through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.
• Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Reporting and Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, responsive support to teachers, administrators, and other staff.
• Diagnose and resolve routine technology concerns across devices and networks.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records.
• Collaborate with administrators and staff to deliver timely customer service.
