Qualifications

• Successful completion of skills testing.
• Current favorable BCII background checks.
• Rapback Enrollment through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.
• Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Reporting and Training.
• Negative drug screen result.

Responsibilities

• The Building IT Support Technician provides direct, responsive assistance to teachers, administrators, and staff for technology issues.
• Diagnose and resolve routine technology problems with computers, Chromebooks, printers, and network connectivity.
• Maintain service and inventory records and refer advanced matters to the Technology Department.
