Qualifications

• Successful completion of skills testing.
• Current favorable BCII background checks.
• Rapback enrollment through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.
• Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Reporting and Training.
• Negative drug screen result.

Responsibilities

• The Building IT Support Technician provides direct, responsive support to teachers, administrators, and staff for technology issues.
• Maintains service and inventory records and refers advanced matters to Technology Department leadership.
• Supports designated school buildings and collaborates with building staff to ensure timely customer service.
