Job summary

ESC of Eastern Ohio Consortium in Austintown is seeking a District Technology Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily management, security, and development of district technology systems. The role partners with the Technology Supervisor to deliver reliable services for students, staff, and administrators.

Responsibilities include advanced technical support, administration of networks and devices, project coordination, inventory, and vendor services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of technology experience.
• Knowledge of hardware, OS, networking, cloud apps, and user-admin.
• Experience with Google Workspace for Education or similar systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between district facilities.
• Background checks required by district and governing bodies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Public school district or multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation, maintenance, security, and development of technology systems.
• Assist with administration of district networks, devices, applications, user accounts, and security systems.
• Coordinate technology projects, work orders, equipment deployments, inventory, and vendor services.
• Assume increased responsibility for district technology operations and department leadership.
• Ensure continuity of operations and reliable technology services for students and staff.
