STV is seeking an experienced Office Engineer to join our PM/CM team in the New Jersey/Philadelphia region. This role targets professionals with a proven track record representing K-12 and academic owners on complex capital improvement programs, including renovations and new construction projects.

The Office Engineer will act as an owner's representative, supporting the team through programming, budgeting, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, activation, and closeout,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience supporting K-12, higher education, or academic facilities.
• Experience managing capital projects valued at $20 million or greater.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Kahua a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and develop practical solutions to complex project challenges while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a team member on STV as an authorized representative for K-12 capital projects.
• Perform office engineering tasks in support of the broader team.
• Involve with each project lifecycle phase: programming, budgeting, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, activation, move management, closeout.
• Assist in developing project reports and upload data into the PMIS.
• Maintain and monitor schedules and milestone deliverables to meet project objectives.
• Attend meetings with the project manager to move the project forward.
• Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues impacting construction.
